"The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a view of the river from our window, which was nice. The back deck area on the river was a bonus, even if we didn't get to use it as we were away hiking most of our stay. It is a little far from town (you have to take a taxi or bus which are difficult to determine schedules for), but it is very near the Haweomsa Temple, the start of our hike. The lady at the front desk was very helpful."

I did not give a perfect rating because (1) the Check in person sounded rude when we requested a check out time of 12 noon the next day. And (2) hot water did not last thru the whole shower. "Firstly, this property is in a great location, Bathroom is very clean, bed very firm but comfortable with very clean sheets, coffee, snacks and tea on the ground level no kettle for your morning in room so you have to catch the elevator and back to make your coffe. Our only complaint would be the lack of 24/7 manned front desk as per advertised. Waited 25 minutes after ringing the office bell several times next door, We eventually headed to the hostel next door so that they could ring our host...
