Great stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The Horseshoe’s location and price were great, and the room was nice and large with a renovated bathroom, good storage, and comfortable bed BUT: 1) The check-in line was horrible; although we had prechecked on the app so we didn’t have to wait, the next morning when we were getting coffee 12/27/24 at 8 a.m. we heard the guy behind the counter yelling at a guest about holding up the line which was unprofessional and unnerving. 2) Smoke permeated our non-smoking room and made my wife miserable. 3) Maid service was mediocre, since a) there was no shampoo; b) the doors and some other surfaces were sticky; and c) no one came to clean our room even though we had chosen “Yes” at check-in for housekeeping service. 4) We were also disappointed in the lack of clear paths and signage for getting around the hotel and the substandard but expensive food options.

Very nice hotel, great customer service. High quality shows. Fun and entertaining gaming area!

The lobby is too small, always crowded by check-in & check-out. There is no theme park like other hotels on the strip.
