Hello and welcome to our villa located in a private and secure estate where you will be lulled by the sound of the waves and the Creole atmosphere of the house.
You will enjoy the panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the secluded beach within walking distance: sunsets, swimming and relaxation will be the key words of your stay.
The house offers a private swimming pool, large terraces with sunbathing areas, 4 bedrooms, 3 indoor bathrooms and 2 open-air bathrooms.
The villa is brand new, fully air-conditioned.
Located in the south of the island, away from the tourist sites, but close to the most beautiful beaches and natural places like Sulphur Springs where you will bathe in the warm waters of the volcano.

Gorgeous sunsets we loved Noelita our local house manager. The pool was a huge hit for our family. The house location was ideal for sightseeing, groceries, restaurants and beaches in a less touristy section of the island. Danielle the house owner is very responsive and sent us some fantastic suggestions of local activities and tips. Was a 5 star vacation!

What an amazing first trip to St. Lucia! MaVilla is an amazing place, not just because of the amazing property, but Noelita is amazing! We love the dinner she made for us, and all the recommendations from the host were great.Some of the restaurants we ate at that we would recommend are Mango Tree, 5 fingers, Mama Tilly’s, The Reef, Island Breeze.Would also highly recommend spending a day on a snorkeling tour with Junior. The people of St Lucia are just so nice, make sure you hit all the mom and pop restaurants!

The pictures do not do justice to this place. Watching the sunset from the deck, sitting under the pergola in the rain, walking on the deserted beach- it’s just so beautiful. Inside was nice too but with that view and pool hard to stay in doors. Highly recommend asking Noelita to make dinner one night (still thinking about the soup) and do book a day trip with Junior on his boat. Really can’t imagine a better set up than this house

Incredible facilities and views! The greeting women were very nice and hospitable and made efforts to help us settle in after a long travel day. Host provided a detailed list of local activities which was very helpful. Only complaint is fridge/freezer did not keep food cold or frozen. Blankets were not provided which would have been nice for our comfort. Easy access to a lovely, beautiful secluded beach really enjoyed the pool as well (perfectly maintained!)

We (my friends and cousins) enjoyed an incredible 2 weeks in St Lucia at Ma Villa. From the time of booking until we checked out everything went so smoothly! The villa is located in a beautiful peaceful area of St. Lucia. Noelita was a wonderful host and cooked us a delicious meal our first night!! Alison, Abnel , Junior were so gracious and helped us in any way possible. We are so grateful for you all. Take time and enjoy the beautiful view and the beach, it truly is a piece of paradise. Thank you to the owner Danielle for letting us enjoy your beautiful home and always promptly getting back to us if we had any questions. The gift of wine and birthday greetings you sent was so thoughtful. The St Lucian people are so kind and made us feel at home. We truly had a fantastic experience on the island . I feel so lucky to have reached another milestone in life and got to spend it with amazing people.If you’re thinking of booking Ma Villa, “just do it”.

We lived Ma Villa! Danielle was excellent with communication both before and during our stay to make sure we maximized what was available around us. Great proximity to many must see spots like the Pitons, Laborie adorable town, sugar beach, mud baths, etc. Noelita, who manages the property locally was absolutely the most gracious, kind, and welcoming host. She made us the most delicious creole dinner for the night of our arrival. Her soup is second to none. Danielle also hooked us up with transportation options and Abnel was also so gracious and helpful. We opted to take specific day trips and Kyvon was our amazing driver. After the Pitons we were starving and he took us to the best little lunch spot in Laborie. My only complaint, well not a complaint, Americans need to know the beds are not what you are used to. More firm. Other than that I would not change a single thing and would (probably will) book this house again.

Our family loved this property. The view is fantastic and the pool was in use every day. It’s a beautifully kept place and Danielle and Noelita are very responsive and have great recommendations for places to see, where to eat, etc. Had a wonderful day on the boat with Junior and father from Reel Time adventures. We absolutely LOVED our stay!! The property manager and staff were absolutely fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. From taking morning hikes on the nearby trails, enjoying the beautiful volcanic sand beach just down from the house and soothing ourselves in the beautiful ocean which we had to ourselves to lounging in the pool and taking in the breathtaking view with the fabulous sunsets we couldn't have asked for a better home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We had a lovely time staying in the Villa. It is very comfortable inside and the outdoor space is generous with incredible views. Pool and beach are terrific as well. The host was extremely responsive and Noelita cooked our group a meal which was super tasty. Have stayed in many houses - this one is top notch in all ways.

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 nights (4 adults) and we loved it. The views are amazing and the sound of the waves crashing will relax you and make you never want to leave. The owner provides a lot of great and helpful information. Check in was seemless and so was checkout. We rented a car and easily got ourselves around. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the house and would stay there time and time again, but I am adding some information that was not available in other reviews that would have been helpful to me in case it helps someone else. Please bring your toiletries. There is only handsoap available. There are three outdoor showers, two toilets and three indoor showers at the home. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and an outdoor shower, and the other three bedrooms share one toilet, but have two bathrooms with showers plus an additional outdoor shower. The black sand beach is lovely and we spent a lot of time there in relative privacy but is is not private since all beaches are public as part of the queen’s chain. We ran into very nice locals fishing on the beach on two of our days at the beach. We walked from the beach to an old sugar mill ruins that are worth going to if you don’t mind exploring. Again, I would stay there over and over and highly recommend it and I say this as a very experienced traveler who travels for work at least 50% of my time in the U.S. and Europe and who stays at a lot of fabulous properties.

Noelita was our host for the rental and she was very happy to see us. She showed us the space and all we needed to know for our 3 night stay. The views were amazing with one of the Pitons visable as well. This rental included a private beach ahared with a couple other properties close by. This beach is beautiful with black sand and rocks. A favorite place of mine. The photo on the property listing does not do it justice. It is incredible. 3 ofnthe 4 bedrooms open out on to the pool deck so there is nice space for private couple time as well. Beautiful place! Sharing with all our friends!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ma Villa. The view of water was excellent. The pool clear and refreshing. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The living quarters were well laced out for a family vacation with teens on one end and adults opposite. We felt safe and secure at the property. This side of island is not as busy as first half of our trip at Rodney Bay. We intentionally planned that way. We dined on property two evenings utilizing the grill ( make sure there is charcoal). Other nights were Rabot, En Ville,Soley Kouche. All were very good. We took and day boating trip with Junior, highly recommended. Spent 2 days lounging at pool and one day Sugar Beach resort which recommend as well. Wonderful lunch. It was a great trip.

The location gave the feeling of being away from reality. The entire property was very clean, and we especially love the indoor/outdoor showers with the greenery. The outdoor area is delightfully spacious, and with some safety upgrades around the pool, tiles and steps outside, I'd recommend it for the blind! All the facilities though French designed, worked well once we figured them out. The onsite BBQ grill was a huge plus for us. This villa gave us the opportunity to enjoy great family time, and work peacefully in a home away from home!

What an amazing place to stay! We certainly would book again! The patio/pool area has such a nice outlook over the ocean and adjacent bluffs, plus you can see the top of one of the Pitons. The house itself is very nice and well appointed. Noelita is the local house manager and is a super nice lady. She cooks amazing food and helped us out with many questions! She even brought her granddaughter along to braid our daughter's hair! Note that all of the outlets are european, so come prepared with european adapters. There are a few in the house for use too. If you have little kids (our youngest is 3), the pool is a bit deep. The older ones loved it though! We were so happy we rented this place, we can't wait to come back! Merci Beaucoup!!

What amazing island! We have nothing bad to say about our stay! The listing and photos are an accurate representation of the property. The view is absolutely amazing. Noelita is very nice and willing to help with anything you need. There is a charcoal grill at the house but charcoal is hard to find, Noelita brought some by and left it for us to use. I was not aware that the best way to communicate with Noelita is with the WhatsApp, I would recommend getting that set up before your visit so she can give you the directions to the villa the GPS does not take you there. We will for sure visit again!

This is our 2nd trip to St. Lucia and I cannot recommend this home and location enough. The property was clean, completely representative of the listing, and spacious. The air-conditioning worked fabulously and we had ample hot water - more than enough for our group of 5. We have previously stayed at a villa next door and we will NEVER do so again (so many hiccups and issues with them - not at Ma Villa!) Ma Villa is far superior. Danielle was very easy to communicate with and checked in several times prior to our trip and on our arrival. The real gem was Noelita who is one of the most kind people we've ever met. We ADORE St. Lucia even more so because of Ma Villa and the host and staff. Don't be fooled by other villas - this one is the real deal. We won't stay anywhere else again. Easy 5 star review - I'd give it 10 if I could. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ma Villa. Mornings we would head out on the day's adventure, hiking the Tet Paul Trail or snorkeling at one of the many nearby beaches and then return to relax the afternoon away in the comfortable furniture by the pool. The villa is close to two other villas, but you wouldn't know it as they are far enough away that you have complete privacy. We would like to commend Noelita on her quick response to a small issue with one of the sliding doors soon after our arrival and her attention throughout our stay. Thank you Danielle for recommending Abnel for our car rental. We have rented cars many times over the years, and Abnel was, by far, the best in price and service we have ever experienced. Overall our stay at Ma Vill was very relaxing. Thank you, Danielle for sharing your vacation home with us.
