"The rooms are clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms, and the king-size rooms with a mini living room are comfortable and big. If you have your family, the kids can stay there and have a tatami style. The staff who helped me check in are really nice but staff, but I don't find the staff so friendly. For this trip, we've been to many hotels in Japan, but I received different customer service in this hotel. Overall, the hotel is good because they have a shuttle bus to the airport and other places. "This is the perfect airport hotel for anyone who needs some serious relaxation after a long flight. It's less of a hotel, and more of a giant onsen that happens to have a capsule hotel on one floor. The pictures of the onsen don't do it justice, it's much larger, maybe 7 pools total and 3 saunas. Clean, safe, and quiet, and the airport shuttle is quick and easy to use. Definitely recommend! "
