Entzückendes Haus in ländlicher Umgebung
Der Vermieter wohnt am gleichen Grundstück und war bei kleinen Problemen immer sofort zur Stelle und hatte eine Lösung. Es gibt auch mehrere Hähne, Hennen und einen Esel am Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter wohnen nicht weit weg und wären immer erreichbar gewesen. Wir waren mit dem Auto dort und konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, WIFI war prima. Es gibt 2 Zimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten. Zum sehr schönen Strand sind es mit dem Auto höchstens 5 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder.

bien accueilli a notre arrivée. découverte d une maison sale .nettoyage fait pas nous même. Pas d eau en fin de journée husqu au matin !!on fait avec et pour couronner le tout le gérant met ses hôtes à la porte alors que ce nbetait pas l heure et qu il ete convenu d une heure de départ c est pas comme si c t une decouverte!!propriétaire se permet de venir à la porte alors que l on est entrain de finir de plier bagages sur un ton agressif et comportement inapproprié .cela ne ce fait pas nous avions dit que l on aller laisser une appréciation sur ce type de comportement.cela.ne ce.fait pas !!on a fait le.menage on a rien dit on a survécu sans eau parce qu il coupe l eau pour arroser son jardin tt la nuitalors qu il nous avait dit que c était la mairie hors c est faux!!on a rien dit mais là c est la goutte d eau qui fait déborder le vase!!A 1 min près ul vient hausser le ton alors que la veille nous étions des hôtes exemplaires !!j allais passer outre parce que je n y retournerai pas mais quand je vois qu il ose mettre un commentaire je ne peux me taire!!!

La maison correspond complètement à sa description, elle est située au calme, et pas loin de la plage (600 m tout au plus). Nous avons trouvé la maison propre, et tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Mr Benhamida était à l'écoute et attentif à nos besoins et demandes, précis et respectueux. Le jardin est superbe, arboré d'arbres fruitiers. On appréciera en particulier l'odeur du Jasmin à l'entrée. En outre, nous avons trouvé cette location d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons.

ein haus im ruhigen garten paradies
Wir habe unseren Urlaub in diesem wunderschön gelegenen Haus mit paradiesischem Garte total genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig, die ganze Liegenschaft umauert und gut gesichert. Die Einrichtung lies nichts zu wünschen übrig. In der Küche fanden wir genügend Geschirr und Pfanne. Die Waschmaschine war funktionstüchtig. Saubere Bettwäsche plus zusätzlichen Ersatz, sowie Decken und jede Menge Frotteewäsche und extra Matratze wurden uns grosszügig zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf den gut angelegten Balkonen rund ums Haus fand sich immer irgendwo Schatten um sich auf den bequemen Liegestühlen zu entspannen. Das Bad ist klein, jedoch zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Auch Putzmittel und Utensilien waren genügend vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hat uns bei der Hauptstrasse abgeholt und zum Haus geführt und auch sei Hilfe angeboten sollte es nötig sein. Das Haus ist Familienfreundlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten 2 Kleinkinder dabei, die sich gut in allen Räumen und auch im riesigen garten frei bewegen konnten. Mein Hund war ebenfalls willkommen. In der Umgebung fanden sich wunderbare Wege zum spazieren; durch die Olivenhaine, auf Sandwegen oder auch wenig befahrenen geteerten Strassen mit immer wieder wundervollem Blick auf das Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alltägliches gibt es genügend auf dem Weg zum Strand, der auch zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten gut erreichbar ist. Beim Kreisel im Ort Chott Maryam ca. 1 km der Haupstrasse entlang Richtung Port Kantaoui finden Sie eine super Bäckerei; tägl. frische Gipfel, nach Wunsch auch mit Mandeln oder Schockolade, sowie diverse, auch dunkle Brotsorten und andere Schleckereien. Danke für diesen wunderbaren Ort, das freundliche Aufnehmen und Begegnen in ihrem Haus und Garten. den der Strand zu Fuss gut erreichbar

Schöne Ferien Villa in Chott Meriem
Die Villa steht auf einem Hang mit Blick zum Meer in einem kleinen Dorf . Es gibt kleine Shops an der Hauptstrasse wo man das nötigste einkaufen kann . Um Grosseinkauf zu machen muss man nach Sousse fahren mit den öffentlchen Transport - Kleinbusse , die man am Strassenrand anhalten muss .Circa 30 min. fahrt für wenig Geld .Oder Mietwagen.Taxis sind dort rah. Die Villa halt alles was man braucht .Wlan und SAT- TV ; 2 Schlafzimmer 1 mit zwei Einzelbetten und 1 mit Doppelbett .Ein grossen Garten und Terasse um die Villa und auf dem Dach .Auch einen CARPORT ; Sonnenliegen und Tisch mit Stühlen .Sehr ruhige gegend und der Vermieter hat sein Haus am ende des Grundstücks .Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette jolie villa bien entretenue tant à l'intérieure qu'à l’extérieure, le jardin est magnifique. Le propriétaire M. We stayed at the villa for 18 days with our two young children. It was very comfortable far exceeded our expectations. Its spacious, clean and modern. Situated in a quite area, the owner leaves nearby who avails himself when needed. From the main road plenty of taxis (very cheap) are available to use to visit sites of interest. Local people are friendly and welcoming. The sea is nearby and its clean. Its awesome to hear the call to prayer. The price to rent the villa is quite cheap. I would strongly recommend the villa. Hope to visit again.

Belle Maison!
Nous, un couple suisse avec 2 chiens permis par 6:12. maquillage 21/12/2014 à cette grande propriété, vacances. Le propriétaire est très serviable et jour et nuit sur place. Il est très préoccupé de ce que les clients se sentent à l'aise et ont fait des petits boulots (comme une bouteille de gaz vide ou d'un drain bouché) dans les 5 minutes. La maison elle-même est très confortable et possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous tenons également à souligner la propreté et la belle succession. Nous allons revenir ici lors de notre prochaine visite en Tunisie. Out 5 étoiles nous serons heureux de donner six! Merci à le propriétaire pour l'hospitalité et un séjour mémorable

Super schönes Haus mit umsorgenden Vermieter
Wir, ein Schweizer Ehepaar mit 2 Hunden, durften vom 6.12. bis 21.12.2014 in diesem tollen Anwesen, Ferien machen. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und Tag und Nacht zur Stelle. Er ist sehr bemüht das sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und erledigte anfallende Arbeiten (z.B. eine leere Gasflasche oder ein verstopfter Abfluss) innert 5 Minuten. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich und es hat alles was man braucht. Gerne möchten wir auch die Sauberkeit und das schöne Anwesen hervorheben. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Tunesien wieder hier her kommen. Von 5 möglichen Sternen geben wir gerne 6! Danke an den Vermieter für die Gastfreundschaft und einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

We arrived on the 9th November for a 17 night stay, We were picked up at the airport by the owner and taken to the villa, the villa is clean and had everything we could have asked for, with a fully equipped kitchen and the sitting room was very cosy, The owner was very helpful and told us to ring him if we had any problems, it is a short walk to the main road to get taxis or the bus, the grounds of the villa are fantastic and the view to the sea are great from the roof terrace, all in all we had a great time there and would love to go back some time in the future, there are a few great bars on you way into port el cantaoui, that are a must, just about 1 mile out of chott meriem. If you are looking for the traditional Tunisia then this is the place to go as it is a quaint little village. Thanks to the owner for a great stay.

Maison très fonctionnelle...
Maison très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, propre, magnifique jardin au calme ,belle terrasse dallée autour de la maison, abri voiture, très bien située à 600m de la mer et des commerces de proximité. Nombreuses belles plages de sable. Facile d'accès par route nationale et autoroute. A 15 km de Sousse. Seul bémol , salle de bain très petite et pas adapté pour enfant en bas âge.

"We, an over-60 Anglo-Fre...
"We, an over-60 Anglo-French couple, rented this house for 12 days in May 2013, including one week with our daughter. The bathroom-toilet (washbasin, toilet and shower) is the size of a normal toilet and functions as a wetroom although not designed as such. Every kitchen surface has a sticky greasy feel to it. The front panel to the pots and pans cabinet hangs by a single filthy hinge and only appears closed because wedged shut against another panel. All pots and pans but one were too filthy to be used. No utensils apart from a corkscrew, plastic cheese grater and rusted whisk. No oven gloves, a filthy tin-opener that fell apart when we tried to clean it, jumble sale crockery and cutlery, filthy Rosières hob and oven, broken washing machine, kitchen door to the terrace impossible to open. When confronted, the property manager ascribed all these failings to the Revolution, made no attempt to correct any of them and said he’d give us a partial refund, but was unavailable on the day we left. The property owner, who lives in France, has not replied to emails or returned calls. The kitchen is particularly important in this property because there is no restaurant in the village or anywhere within even 15 minutes driving distance – Tunisia does not have a European restaurant culture. Abysmal welcome: bare mattresses, used jumble sale bedding, including sheets, in the cupboards, half a bar of soap in the bathroom, half a toilet roll, no washing-up liquid, no coffee filters, no welcome literature. Conclusion: an attractive and private house in a non-tourist location spoiled by an abysmal welcome, substandard bedding, a filthy underequipped kitchen, abject management and too small a bathroom. "

Het is een ideale locatie...
Het is een ideale locatie als men rust zoekt. De vakantiewoning staat in een mooie tuin welke goed wordt onderhouden. Het geheel is ommuurd wat een veilig gevoel geeft. De bereikbaarheid is goed en in de woning is al het noodzakelijke aanwezig. Een auto huren is haast een vereiste omdat Chottmeriem 15 km van Sousse ligt. Maar zonder auto kan men redelijk vertrouwen op de taxi's.
