We were coming to town for a wedding and I was tasked with providing lunch for the wedding party Our host was so accommodating by letting me use coolers and making sure the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils I needed. A few observations for future renters is that the towels are limited to 4 so bring your own if you need more. There are no extra bed linens or blankets, I would suggest bringing a throw or two. There were plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking, etc. the refrigerator is very nice. Both bathrooms are very nice, however, there was no vinyl liner in the back...

"We enjoyed our stay at Desert Hills barndominium and will keep it in our list of places to stay when going to sports ball in College Station. A few observations for future renters is that the towels are limited to 4 so bring your own if you need more. There are no extra bed linens or blankets, I would suggest bringing a throw or two. There were plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking, etc. the refrigerator is very nice. Both bathrooms are very nice, however, there was no vinyl liner in the back showers which was odd. Both the queen bed and trundle were comfortable. The lights are really bright in the LR so a lamp would be nice. All in all a great place. "

"This was my 4th stay at the Rainbow courts and the 3rd in the last two years. This is our come to place when we are in the Rockdale, Texas area, which is often. We like that it is not only very clean and fashionably furnished but reflects a taste of history when “motor hotels” began in the decade1918 and the growing use of automobiles."

Quaint and Quiet

"This quaint little house provided a nice setting for a getaway. The house was comfortable and provided a kitchen to be able to cook our own meals. The outside grill was very helpful to cook dinner. The loft was cute. Very nice to be able to do a load of laundry. Fun to see the chickens and have access to pick fresh vegetables when they were ripe. A nice alternative to a cramped hotel room."
