There is queen bedroom, plus a living space with a sofa bed. Alongside the bedroom is a full bathroom and the separate kitchenette /living are allows for self-catering. A washing machine is also provided for your use plus a drying rack.

There is a private entrance to the studio and shared driveway with room for 1 car, there is also ample on street parking available right outside.

The area is residential and very quiet and also handy to the Airport and north west side of Christchurch.

Please Note: There is a security camera with audio operating at the front door of this property for your safety and ours. This is outside the property and only records entry and exit.
