Luxurious Oceanfront Honeymoon Cottage - as seen on HGTV - Gated Subdivision

This 1B/1B oceanfront cottage with a full kitchen sits in a gated community on St. Croix's north shore. Sit and watch the surfers, windsurfers, kite surfers, turtles, whales, kayakers, and pelicans cruise through the water from the cottage deck or walk the 25 yards down to the beach for an even closer look. You may even run into a 500 pound turtle making a nest. Walk/run/bike the 9 miles of private roads within the safe gated community. Great central location for exploring all that St. Croix has to offer. 4 miles to downtown Christiansted.

St. Croix is the largest of the US Virgin Islands, but it remains a well-kept secret in comparison to St. Thomas and St. John. St. Croix is much quieter and more laid-back. The island offers water sports in abundance, such as scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, kayaking, surfing, and kite-surfing, with numerous beaches to explore. St. Croix has two small towns (Christiansted and Frederiksted) that have duty-free shopping and historic architecture. St. Croix offers something for everyone. Come relax on this wonderful island. No passports needed for US citizens.

St. Croix isn't just the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands, but it also boasts the Caribbean's largest living reef. And it is the only spot in the region where you can dive a wall that drops more than 13,000 feet.

Great Escape!
Had a wonderful time visiting Chad and Emily’s cottage. It was stocked with everything we needed, clean, and safe location. Emily even had freshly baked cookies waiting for us upon arrival! My stay in the cottage with my BFF was perfect for our impromptu trip to St. Croix. We didn't do much research or planning for this trip; however, the cottage had absolutely everything we needed plus some. It is equipped for any kind of vacation you are looking for and in the best location to explore the island. The hosts were lovely, as well, welcoming, great communicators, flexible, and resourceful. My favorite parts of the cottage were my morning walks around the picturesque neighborhood ending on the beach, listening to the ocean and the night sky. My friend enjoyed her morning coffees and yoga on the porch. We have no complaints. Thank you!!

Great hosts and super cute spot with everything you need!
I really loved this place! I was greeted personally by the hosts. They were super cool and also had some homemade cookies for me, which were so delish and great timing after a full day of travel. I was super impressed also by the fact that they genuinely thought of everything. I mean, from condiments to quality shampoo and hygienes (mine was confiscated at the airport), to bug spray, sun screen, aloe Vera, yoga mats, beach chairs and everything you would need at the beach, etc. It wasn’t like your standard Vrbo that’s usually completely empty with just the bare necessities. There was a sheet inside with all of the places to eat and see along with personal recommendations. Communication was great and I could text for anything I needed. All in all, phenomenal experience. I will be back!!!! 🌍👌

What a view!
You couldn’t get closer to the ocean if you tried! You look out the front porch and it’s right there with two great chairs to just sit in and listen and watch the waves! Chad and Emily were so kind and hospitable and greeted us and took time to chat and answer island questions that we had. The place was in a nice safe and gated neighborhood. It was well equipped and comfortable and clean! Would definitely recommend it for a base point to drive around and tour the island - it’s a great location in the center where you can get anywhere conveniently! Can’t recommend it enough!

Chad and Emily ensure the entire stay is as seamless as possible! We had a great stay in St. Croix. The guest house was perfect for relaxing. Everything needed was available. Snorkeling gear, board games, beach gear.the kitchen was also well equipped. Everything was clean. The house is in a peaceful private neighborhood and close to everything. The owners were out of town, but were very easy to communicate with.

Just Married - 30 years ago
The Honeymoon Cottage was THE perfect place to explore St. Croix for our 30th Wedding Anniversary! Emily and Chad were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Emily made us these exquisitely decorated cookies for our anniversary that were delicious. The cottage itself is well equipped with everything you might need. I really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, cooler, and snorkel gear that was available for use. We would pack the cooler for the day and head out to discover the island. There are so many things to explore on St. Croix! You also don't have to go anywhere and just enjoy the beautiful beach at the cottage as well. 10/10 visit St. Croix and stay at the Honeymoon Cottage!

A 25th to Remember!
My husband and I celebrated our 25th at this beautiful cottage. It has everything you could possibly need, and Chad and Emily are so accommodating. (Emily the cookies were such a special touch and outstanding!) The cottage is centrally located on the island, so we took the opportunity to access both east and west side activities. My husband took three dive trips and he said it is some of the best diving he has done in the world. The dining was phenomenal too- not a bad meal all week. Wonderful memories in a sunny paradise!
