"We had a fantastic few days in Brixham, so glad we booked to stay here. The views are spectacular, even on a grey November day. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. Hot shower, comfortable bed, yards from the sea, Shoalstone pool (which had just closed for the winter but a few brave souls were in the sea) and the South West Coast Path. A bonus to have free off road parking. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Thank you Kevan and Gemma, we will definitely be back! "

"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. "I contacted the property hosts before booking as I would be arriving late and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also received check in details over text so great to refer back to on arrival with a fried brain from a long drive. "Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "This is a really nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfy. We had a room overlooking the road and had the windows open so it was a little noisy but not overwhelming and what you'd expect really. We've stayed in a sea view room previously where the only was literally the sea but the room was older and a little more "tired" but still well equipped and clean so I guess it all balances out.
