I don’t recommend staying at this hotel. The pictures are not the same to what I seen when I checked in a room. If you’re coming from out of state or a lil getaway please don’t stay here. The rooms are very filthy with stains on it the linens, iron board, drawers are broken and don’t fully shut, plus there was a tear on the chair as well. The customer service on the other hand is poor as well.

The area did not feel safe. Homeless sleeping in paio. The rooms were clean however there was no continental breakfast served as marketed in Expedia. Coffee maker did not work. Will not stay there again.

Totally horrible. Had to go down to the front desk. Could not turn TV on. Voted is that there we’re other guest who were calling the front desk due to TV issue. Apparently, there is a way to turn TV on! Manager should put in writing the specifics… Furthermore, I had to move Microwave to a outlet in order to warmup my dinner…

It said there would be breakfast provided and when I asked what time was it the staff said there was no breakfast that there might me coffee that’s why I partially booked it and then they said that. That is false advertisement and very unprofessional since it said it was going to be provided

I am 78 years old and able to get around pretty well, however I did have a difficult time getting in and out of the shower/tub because of no grab bars. I didn't request a handicap room because I don't consider myself handicapped. Also the drain stopper in the sink would not let the sink drain properly unless removed.

The man at the front desk was rude to other costumers and me after I got my keys the first room was not cleaned the bed was a mess and there was stuff all over the counter I went back and told him he had an attitude and changed me to a new room the new room smelled really bad and the bathroom was so gross I couldn’t even shower I didn’t trust the bed because of how bad the room was so I had to use the blankets I had with me to lay so I could sleep because it was that bad all in all this place was horrible and not worth $90 it wouldn’t even be worth $50 in my opinion oh and then don’t offer the breakfast like they say they do

The TV was always glitching and wasn’t able to watch anything. There were roaches of all sizes crawling around the entire room. The refrigerator never cooled enough so my milk and food went bad.

Reasonable price Room/hotel was old - room had off putting smell, cracked sink bowl, loud AC/Heater unit, TV would freeze every several minutes, toilet tank would run excessively after being flushed. Elevator made grinding sound when stopping at 4th floor.
