Front desk is nice and friendly, but should more proactive, like call the customer to confirm if I have registered membership as well as ask me if I have drive and issue me the parking ticket. "Sehr angenehmer und relaxter Aufenthalt. Das Areal des Hotels ist sehr schön gelegen mit tollem Blick auf den See sowie die Berge - am Abend toller Sonnenuntergang. Service Staff war sehr hilfsbereit, Late Check-out war möglich. Schöner Pool, mit super Blick. Frühstück ist üppig, nur am Abend ist das Angebpt ein wenig eingeschränkt, da die meisten lokalen Touristen im Ort essen. Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen, super für ein verlängertes Wochenende "
