Very quiet. Did have difficulty getting a couple of extra towels. Overall experience was great.

It is in a perfect location to get a feel for Miami. It is close to the beach, but the beach is not right outside the hotel, so the website could be misleading. Hotel provides beach chairs which is very convenient. The hotel has unique features, which make the experience authentic. It is small, so fortunately, it does not have a "hotel" feel—more like a boutique hotel. Restaurant food is good. Thank God breakfast is not an open buffet! I did not feel bloated like the open buffet breakfasts at other hotels. The shower head could be tricky, so ask the front desk if you cannot figure it out. And, there is no hotel parking! A public parking is available and only a few steps away. The front desk associate, Juan S., made my check-in experience great. His kind, respectful, and empathetic manners and expertise helped relieve my frustration due to parking issues. Thank you Juan S.!

Great overall. Right in the middle of strip. Good to roam around.

Everything was great at the Linq. The only complaints we would have is the condition of the room. The sink would not hold water and would still drain. The air conditioner/fan was extremely loud and the TV worked only part of the time. Needed to shut it off and turn it back on again in order to make it work and even then it sometimes wouldn't work. I would return to the Linq as it is very conveniently located on the strip at a great value. The Promonade is great and easy to access for a quick drink and a bite to eat. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we checked into the room and the carpets were still wet from cleaning.
