"Really great spot that epitomizes the south west of Puglia. Lovely old buildings that have been renovated. Great pool. Unfortunately this was out of action the day we wanted to use it, but I still had a dip in the bambino pool! Horses surround the property too, so day hello. Great, grand main building too, with a lovely Edra lounge in the entrance, and frescos all throughout. Definitely worth a stay!"

"It is hard to find a hotel that provides such a great combination of great looks, perfect decorations, cleanness and exceptional service. We had an amazing time at Torre Assunta. The kids had enjoyed the pool (much needed in summer time). It is 8 minutes from Gallipoli and it's nice restaurants and busy night life and and also 5 minutes from the nicest beaches in the city. Definitely you should give it a try.it is a five star hotel."

"2 night stay just outside Gallipoli. Beautiful masseria. Large room located down steps in a covered 'courtyard' area. Felt rather enclosed with no real outdoor view from the window. Unable to open window for fresh air as there were people smoking in the courtyard area. Comfortable room. All amenities in bathroom. Hot shower but unfortunately had one night with no hot water. Kettle & fridge provided. Breakfast ok. Partner enjoyed the coffee. "

"We had the most fabulous stay at this incredible hotel – everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Valentina, the host and owner, is absolutely amazing. She welcomed us with such warmth and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her local recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and city visits were spot on. She was always lovely, friendly, and accommodating with any additional requests we had – a truly exceptional host. All of the staff were equally brilliant. Attentive, kind, and always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy – their hospitality made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is breathtaking. Nestled in the picturesque Italian countryside, it’s beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. From the charming grounds to our spacious room and the inviting pool, every detail felt like something out of a dream. The food was another highlight – breakfast and lunch were made with fresh, high-quality produce and absolutely delicious. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We felt truly looked after and completely relaxed – the perfect escape. We’re already planning to come back next summer!"
