"This two bedroom apartment was very clean, well kept and in the heart of Rome close to the Spanish Steps. It was hard to leave this little piece of Rome. You're close to great resturants, great shopping and you're off on a side street so it's not too noisy, We very much appreciated the basket of fruit,cold water in the fridge,wine and the beautiful yellow roses. What a lovely surprise after travelling for over 20 hours. Thank you. We will be back!"

"Great location, close to the river and away from the tourist crowds, with nice restaurants. The apartment is basic but comfortable. Pasquale was a helpful host, and the management company staff were efficient. The WiFi is a bit complicated, so best to make sure you can get online via both phone and computer before completing the check-in process. Our main disappointment was the garden, which is rather run down and sometimes wasn’t really usable because of an aggressive dog next door."

"Fun quirky little apartment had everything you need. The steps were a little slow going for my 79 year old mom but it was doable and the restaurants and grocery stores right around the corner made it super easy to get whatever you might need the metro was close as well as the ruins and museums. Would definitely stay there again."

"Unser Aufenthalt war trotz Überbuchung um einen ganz Tag gut. Klimaanlagen reichte nicht für beide Zimmer aus. Es gab viele Mücken in der Gegend(Bitte Mückenspray mitnehmen ;-)) Das Badezimmer ist alt und verschimmelt, Duschkopf ist defekt und das Wasser aus dem WC floss kontinuierlich... Sonst war der Gegend sehr schön, Supermarkt Conad und Carfeur in der Nähe. Auch der Strand war nah und sehr schön mit zahlreichen freien Parkplätze."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Silvia was a great host - she provided very clear communication and was accommodating to all of our travel needs. The apartment was perfect for our 4 nights in Rome. It had all the basic ammenities we needed, was extremely clean and comfortable. An extra bonus was it had a washing machine. "If you are looking for that old Italian hospitality you will NOT find it here. The host did not meet me at check it and was told to self check in. The apartment and the bed sheets smelled!!! The kitchen appliances wore dirty and the coffee kettle almost caught on fire!! The replacement kettle was disgusting as it had this white mildew, but the worst was the shower!!! The water heater did not work and had to take showers is freezing cold water (this is in January). The host did little to remedie...
