There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Upon arrival, and until Departure, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Étoiles Luxury Guest House. We stayed in the apartment with the patio and it was perfect for our needs, staff were helpful when we reached out for assistance. Have a beach and sunset to ourselves each evening a particular highlight. "

"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
