There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "This holiday home is great for a couple or small family. Ideally located near the old part of town and also a small beach it has a large, safe outdoor area and a spacious lounge/living area. "This proprty is right accross from the Beach. Great walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping and small markets. The Host Ida was easy to communicate with. We took the to Siderno not knowing there was a train staion in Gioiosa Jonica, and got mixed up in the location. Ida texted us because we lated. When we explained that we got the directions mixed up she came and picked us up! The house has all updated kitchen accessories you need. Ida even got us some breakfast to get our morning...

"The property was amazing. We were a party of 10 adults and one 14 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space as well as coming together comfortably. "Upon arrival, and until Departure, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Étoiles Luxury Guest House. We stayed in the apartment with the patio and it was perfect for our needs, staff were helpful when we reached out for assistance. Have a beach and sunset to ourselves each evening a particular highlight. "

"Short 1 night stay before going to Tropea. A but challenging with language barrier arranging to meet Mimmo the owner, a lovely older gentleman but we got there with the help of technology. Helped us with a lift from our car to as close to the property as possible then walked the last bit through the narrow streets. Room nice and modern and clean with balcony area overlooking rooftops and the sea. Small kitchen area to make drinks in the unmanned reception area or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast is a voucher to use at local cafe for a pastry and a drink. Property handy for bars and restaurants and to walk around to the beach area. Enjoyed a good few drinks watching the sun go down at the beach bar, before grabbing a pizza at a restaurant next to the property up some steps. Would stay again."

"Great family business, super friendly and these guys all went out of their way to make this a memorable trip, even driving us out of Palmi to take us to a neighbouring town. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
