Refrigerator was broken - lights from outside unable to be blocked by curtains - terrible - room was bright all night- breakfast was at best so so - staff did not care when we informed of our dissatisfaction. Never will stay again…

When we went into our room it had a very bad smell and the A/C didn’t work. We called the front desk to be told they had no maintenance on staff. The check in girl come up and said it’s blowing cold air. Our room was at 73 for stay. It was not comfortable at all.

Very nice, newer or newly renovated property. Front desk staff very friendly upon check-in. Room was very well-appointed, clean, and roomy. No noise from the road or other rooms. Had a little trouble with the AC controls but easily overcome. Bed very comfy, especially the pillows. Very clean bathroom with tons of counter space. Breakfast was nice but they didn’t offer non-dairy milk options (I asked and was told there were none). This needs to be addressed. But definitely recommend this property and would return!

I flew to Atlanta on Friday, 7/19 & could not get a flight to Cincinnati because that Global IT Outage started that day. I tried for 2 days to get a flight to Cincinnati & finally had to take a flight back home to San Antonio because I couldn’t get a hotel room either. I called the hotel twice to cancel my reservation, so please make sure it was canceled & do not charge me for those 3 days. It was out of my control when the flights were canceled.
