Sink in kitchen drainage problem (clogged) garbage disposal wasn’t working, no ventilation for cooking fire alarms went off even at low heat.. Staff was WONDERFUL AND THE PROPERTY VERY WELL KEPT…. I WILL BE BACK!!!

This would have been a five star review but for the last 24 hours or so that I was there. I needed to extend my trip by one more day. The person I asked at the front desk told me I had to reserve an additional day through Expedia since that's where my original reservation was. The next morning, when I went to do the whole check out/check in process for this new reservation, the lady helping me said that she could have scheduled the extra day and taken care of the recheck in/out process so I wouldn't have had to take all these steps. The person the night before seemed to not want to be bothered with it and this new information confirmed that. The morning person who was checking me on for that last night was training someone new and was very condescending to this older employee. As she was explaining steps to her, she kept saying, "Are you listening to me?" and telling her to pay attention. When the process was complete, she petted her head like a dog and said, "Good girl!" It was really awkward. At the end of the visit, when I was getting ready to check out, I like to put all the towels, garbage bags, and used bedding in piles to make it easier for housekeeping. When I stripped the bed, the pillows had layers of pillow cases on them. I'm assuming they just did this to save time because the cases underneath did not look clean and one of them had a blood stain on it. I was so disgusted that I had just spent a week sleeping on those pillows.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The women working at the front desk were so nice and accommodating! I would stay there again for sure and I know the rest of the parents with our soccer team would too!

* I liked how the room I stayed in was like a studio. However, you could also break it into sections. For example, you could close the curtain to distance yourself from the tv and sofa. * The curtains to the outside were great! It was like a projection screen. You could completely block out the outside world and sleep without waking up with the day light. * They were short staffed. I stayed there four days. I asked for someone to come and do basic cleaning for me on the third day. The receptionist came up while I was out and replaced my towels. But that was all she could do. She said they only had the one housekeeper that day. So not sure if this was a normal thing or not. * The pillows are super soft. In other Hilton like hotels like Hampton, they have three sets of pillows. One for firm, soft, and medium firmness. Not sure why this place doesn’t do that. That would definitely help them and their customers. Overall excellent experience except for those two minor things I stated above. I highly recommend!

Our room was not very clean, trash not taken out from previous guests with a dirty diaper left in the bathroom, the curtains to separate the bed from the couch area were visibly stained and very dirty looking. Housekeeping tried entering our room 4 times in a 20 minute span beginning at 9 am, not even knocking after the first attempt but using their key to open our door while we were still in bed. Not at all impressed, would not stay here again .

The staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was relatively clean-a couple of stains on the carpet. I didn’t need my room cleaned after my first night, and it wasn’t cleaned after my second night there. Just need to let guests know that rooms are only cleaned every other day. Overall, my stay was great!

Spacious, comfortable suite!
Overall, it was a great place to stay. The layout of the suite was perfect. It was spacious and had everything we needed and more in the kitchenette. There were a couple of small issues we were easily able to work around. We reported those and I’m confident they will be fixed. Breakfast choices included a waffle bar, toast, ready-to-eat omelets, oatmeal, dry cereal, and yogurt. If we return to Cincinnati we will stay here again.
