The breakfast was superb, no complaints. The neighborhood, though it was in downtown Cincinnati, is not considered very safe. Some of the decor in the room is old. For the price, which was high, the least they could do is upgrade to a 4K tv. All in all, not bad but overpriced.

Came from a far drive and tried to check in at 5pm (2 hours after 3pm check-in time) and staff said they didn’t have my room ready?? Waited an extra 45 min in the lobby to be given my reserved room! Stained bed sheets, expensive parking was the cherry on top. Don’t recommend this hotel whatsoever, there are plenty of them in the area to choose from.

The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The location is excellent surrounded by areas of interest. The facilities are in urgent need of renovation. The hotel looks old and run down. I had to sleep on the sofa bed, I spent 3 terrible nights due to the poor condition of the mattress. Im not sure I would return to this hotel

We were in town for a Reds game, and loved the location of the hotel. It was only about a 10-15 minute walk to Great American Ballpark.

The valet service was great because every worker smiled and was will to do what you ever you needed. The building was intriguing because of its historical significance. Front desk could be more welcoming and happy to be working at the hotel. First impressions really make a difference.

I did not like how far away the self parking was for this property. It was a block and a half behind the front door with no other options and only 1 out of 3 elevators were working in the garage parking ramp.
