"Not super flashy, but recently updated, very clean and fresh. Staff is conscientious, friendly, and responsive. Not very scenic, but the location is convenient being right off the 32. It’s about 15 minutes from Eastgate, and about 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Cincinnati depending on the traffic. Two gas stations, coffee in a couple of dining options in walking distance. "Breakfast was ok nothing to write home about options limited. Bathrooms could use an overhaul. Rust stains and tile is dirty. No microwaves in room. But great for a nights stay nothing longer. Would not let me upload photos on hotels app for review. Not a bad place to stay. I would stay agian if in area. Just not a top tier hyatt hotel. "
