Overall, our stay was great. The location is fantastic, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. However, our welcome to the apartment was not pleasant. We arrived in the evening of December 5th and headed to the desk where the security guard was seated. When we asked if we could check in he abruptly said “No, no, not my job” and was very rude to us. We then realised that an email had been sent with instructions on how to access the key to our apartment so we managed to get in fine.

"Very pleasant hotel and staff. Food in the restaurant was a bit like student's had made it, but otherwise it was edible. The staff didn't speak good English though, that's a big minus. I'd stay there again."
