Great for transportation and the staff is awesome.

The staff was excellent and assisted with our every need.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was great as it is only 8-10 min walking distance to the subway stations and train stations. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing the hotel could improve on is to provide water on a daily basis rather than only for the first day,.

The Sofitel Munich Bayerpost is a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay there, but it falls short of being a 5-star place. The location is great, right next to the train station (S-bahn) and walkable to Old Town in the centre of Munich. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave me a room upgrade (my first room was in the cold, far corner of the building). The Spa is wonderful. Great sauna and steam room. The breakfast buffet was excellent, but didn't change much from day to day. What made it less than a five star was the quality of the room. Furniture was older and the carpet was very stained. The amenities were sparse. And the lobby design was lacking. A five star hotel should have large, inviting seating areas where you can relax and meet friends. The lobby here was all over the place and not warm at all. I would consider staying here again if they modernize their rooms. 7/10.

The New Orly was a short distances away from my relatives in München, which was very convenient. It was very easy to get into the city from there. The staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly, especially in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding!
