Only negative was that they tried charging us for using the breakfast service more times than we actually did (we used it twice, but charged us for three times) and they added a minibar charge as well, even though we never used it. Didn’t like that. Thankfully, the concierge took off the charge, but it’s upsetting anything like that is even possible to begin with."
