Cozy apartment in Son CarriĆ³, Cala Blanca. Just five minutes walk from restaurants, supermarket and Cala Santandria. Located in a small apartment complex with communal pool and barbecue.

The apartment is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor you will find living room with air conditioning, kitchen open to the perfectly equipped living room and a toilet. On the first floor you will find the rooms and a full bathroom. Perfecta ubicaciĆ³n y apartamento muy tranquilo
La ubicaciĆ³n es perfecta y la piscina - jardĆ­n ideal. La tranquilidad del lugar, es ideal para ir con niƱos En la habitaciĆ³n de dos camas no hay aire acondicionado y los dĆ­as que estuvimos hacĆ­a mucho calor . La cocina y el baƱo deberĆ­an de reformarlo porque hay necesidad. Faltan unos cojines en el sofĆ”, espejo en la habitaciĆ³n de matrimonio.

Hemos estado muy bien. El barrio es tranquilo y la piscina y jardĆ­n una maravilla. Todo muy bien, muy recomendable. DestacarĆ­a el proceso de check-in online, las indicaciones a la llegada, el carpesano con informaciĆ³n de la casa y el regalo de bienvenida! Tuvimos alguna dificultad para poner en marcha los fogones, porque no sabĆ­amos si el gas butano estaba abierto y no tenĆ­amos lumbre. Aunque todo estaba muy limpio, tuvimos la visita de 6 cucarachas.

La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien situĆ©e dans un quartier trĆØs calme. La piscine a disposition est un vrai plus. Nous nous sommes senti comme Ć  la maison. Le service client est rĆ©actif et attentionnĆ©. Nous ne pouvons que recommandĆ© cette location. Il manque une climatisation dans une des chambres.

Appartement bien placĆ© Ć  deux pas (3 kms)du centre de Ciutadella, bien conƧu,bien Ć©quipĆ© avec belle piscine commune. La seule difficultĆ© reste l'accueil dĆ©faillant puisque l'adresse et les modalitĆ©s d'entrĆ©e(obtention de code pour avoir les clefs) dans l'immeuble n'ont Ć©tĆ© connues que le matin mĆŖme aprĆØs plusieurs relances de l'agence.En rĆ©sumĆ© pas d'accueil mais satisfait de la location elle mĆŖme.
