"We had a great, overnight stay before boarding our cruise the next day. Easy walk from the train station. Very nice room (though the bed was hard but this seems to be the trend in Italy). "The room above us has a water leak and plaster started falling from the ceiling in our room. The plaster got in my hair and into my open luggage. I had to empty my entire bag to shake it out and try to get it off my clothes. The hotel staff did not offer to clean my clothes or even offer a discount on dinner or the room. The hotel was clean and the view from the room was amazing but just wished when I noticed them of the problem that they even came into the room to sweep up the mess. "
