"Pros: The location was perfect, near La Comedie square and all the attractions are walking distance. There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and was quick to respond to any questions. Cons: the place is very outdated, the pictures are deceiving and not as expected when you walk in. "Our telephone calls were not answered when we arrived at the property. It was necessary to walk to the owners address to obtain access to the apartment. A lady took us to the apartment and gave us helpful information. We never did meet the owner Robert T. Being on the top floor we were plagued with seagulls on the roof at 03.00 every morning so a good nights sleep was impossible. The toilet was in a room no bigger than a cupboard with a large immersion heater directly over the toilet seat."

Points forts de cette location située au cœur de Palavas, la vue à 180° depuis la grande terrasse ou l'on peut aisément déjeuners et diners, tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble, ses équipements, la possibilité de louer un garage et un interlocuteur local si besoin.
