Check in was awful. The staff refused a debit card and insisted in more money as a hold of no credit card was being used. There was no requirement of a credit card upon booking. Then provided a room near the busiest part of the floor and “fixed” a curtain that didn’t close with a binder clip.

Very comfortable room which was clean and spacious. Bathroom had wonderful shower and hair dryer. The bed and overall amenities made for a perfect stay. Convenient off highway and front desk staff friendly and helpful. Definitely would return.

Room was large and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel located close to all sorts of restaurants and right off the highway. Unfortunately we were put on the same floor as a hockey team so it was a very loud, late night for our early morning start.

I was very upset when I checked in because the price I was charged was significantly different than the price I was quoted on line when I made the reservation. Their explanation was that EXPEDIA charged me in USD. Why would a Canadian hotel, for a Canadian, booked on a Canadian website convert the booking to USD. I have never experienced this before in any previous booking with expedia
