"Bubbles from Guest experience was amazing. She made our check in process super easy and fun. She lived up to her name.. The adult side was a little too relaxed. The family side was more lively. The activities were not communicated very well. There was events that didn’t show up in the app or on any boards on the luxury side. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Better activities would have made the resort even better. "

"Where do I start! I miss everyone at the Hilton Rose Hall so so much! I traveled to Jamaica to celebrate my birthday and you all were phenomenal. I’m getting emotional just writing this because I miss you all so much! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was something to do every night! This resort was the place to be! "Very nice all-inclusive resort in Montego Bay area. The staff was very polite and courteous. Food was good, drinks were nice and rooms clean. There were events every night which kept a very festive vibe going. My 5yr old daughter enjoyed every bit of our stay. They also have cabs to drop you to the airport at very reasonable prices and almost zero wait times. No need to worry about transportation back to the airport at the end of your trip. All in all a very good experience. Nothing to give it any less than 5 stars. "
