The main floor features a convenient half bath. The living room is a sanctuary with a 65" TV equipped with ROKU, accompanied by high-speed internet for your entertainment needs. Guest access
We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

Beautiful property. Very nice owner
When we checked in the owner was at the property doing some yard work. He was very please tell. He texted us the next day to make sure the home was alright. The home was immaculate. It was quiet in a nice neighborhood. I love to walk and felt very safe late evening early morning walking. This place had every amenity I could have asked for. There was even a basket of snacks and some toiletries. Very thoughtful There is a nice patio out the back door fir smokers. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

Awesome location
This location is close to everything in Clarksville. The place was clean and had everything needed for an awesome time. We had hoped to get in early, but had issues communicating with the host. That might have been on me since we are new to VRBO. I tried responding to the email they sent and the host didn’t receive it. I found out much later you could send messages through VRBO. Once I got in touch with the host, he was very helpful and gave me a number to reach him. Awesome coffee shop and Bundt store at the corner and we saw a deer on the hill behind the townhouse. We had a great time and will try to stay there again when we return.

The property is exactly what you see online. Location was perfect!! Centrally located to everything you may need or want. The neighborhood was very quiet. As a Clarksville native returning home for a celebration, this property felt like home. Can’t wait for our next visit.
