"The house is a very impressive conversion of a barn and farmhouse. The height of the central area does mean that there is an inevitable lack of natural light at either end however. The kitchen, with lights on, is excellent and very well equipped but the TV area is rather gloomy, at least in September. "This was a family trip from America. First time in France, loved the city but was so nice to come back to our home for the week in the country. We all fell in love with everything. The host was very kind, helpful and was a nice part of our week. Thank you for allowing us to live in your world for a memorable week. "Our host was very helpful even making last-minute reservations at a 5 Star restaurant. This is a country home with all the charm. We had all the basic needs and it is a short drive to stores and restaurants. There are some steps to get to the bedrooms. Soap and Shampoo are bring your own. All linens and towels were provided as was a fully functioning Kitchen. If you need ice for cocktails buy it before you check in. Highly recommend if touring in this Wine region."

"Very inconveniant to get there due to limited staffing hours. Arrived by plane at LYS airport - had to take a cab to make it before 9PM (when staff desk is unmanned). Cost me 120 euros! :( Extremely limited room space for myself and my family. Bathroom was barely big enough to fit an adult. The front desk worker was helpful giving us directions to get back to Lyon via public transit."
