Quaint little house
We really enjoyed our stay at Clay. The property was very clean and cutely decorated. Be aware that the smoke detector is really sensitive. It went off both days when we cooked eggs for breakfast. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked of all necessities. We will definitely stay here again should we visit this area again.

Just what I was looking for.
We needed lodging for a rehearsal dinner in Lexington, a wedding in Jeffersonville, and hiking in Red River Gorge. This place was a central location, with enough beds and bathrooms for our family. The house was extremely clean, the check in/check out process was very simple, and the house looks just like the pictures in the listing. The house was well stocked with snacks, laundry pods, ziplock bags, cookware, etc. Best of all, the host was extremely comminicative with several issues (especially when we left a small load of laundry in the dryer; I'm so embarrassed we did this because we try to be good guests).

Race weekend.
House was perfect. Weekend not so great. We went to go racing at Clay City raceway. But mother nature had other plans. But we instead where able to enjoy the Red River Gorge. So regardless of the races being canceled do to rain we where able enjoy our weekend.

Great property
The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we could need including kitchen supplies, coffee, snacks, and full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers! When we got there, we realized it was close to a drag racing track, which some people might not like the noise, but we all enjoyed going to watch the cars and it was a very fun time! Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Comfortable housing while hiking
