"It was our 1st time at Winter and it did not disappoint!!! I can’t say enough about this hotel. Very clean. Kids get free breakfast everyday at Cabana’s. The staff is AMAZING! The private beach is wonderful! They did an Easter egg hunt for the kids with lots of goodies and even had live bunnies and chicks. We are already planning to come back next year!!"

"FANTASTIC RESORT!!! The rooms are spacious, clean , nice balconies over looking the pool, bay, and the Guif. The staff is super friendly, great maid service. There are pool side and beach side bars. David is amazing on the beach taking care of everyone’s drinks and food. There is a beachside restaurant which is excellent. There are great daily and nightly bands that play which makes this resort unique. There is also a nightclub. The beach is great … the Bay Area is nice and calm for wading or swimming in. The resort has all you need but if venturing out, it is close to shopping and restaurants. Another big plus for me was the free valet parking. Highly recommend this resort. I’ll definitely be back. "I appreciated the upfront communication regarding any additional costs, such as valet. All staff was friendly, but I would say the bar staff and valet were exceptional (Adam, you’re a real one). The room was a bit on the smaller side, but I much prefer the long bench with room for storing my suitcase underneath to the drawers you typically see. My room was clean, modern, and it was easy to control the temp. You can hook up your streaming networks and the bed was fantastic. Although, the lighting was hard to figure out and the water pressure was non-existent. Overall, I loved staying in a quiet, clean, comfortable room incredibly close to the beach with effortless parking and a friendly bar scene. The pool was great but I was at the beach most of each day. Definitely would recommend. "
