"Booked last second , payed for the room , arrived at the accomodation to find it was closed for business , closure notice on the ebtranxe door no longer operating , although they are still taking bookings and payments , had to stay at premiere at more cost to me"

"We book a daily room with a private bathroom we book this room due to having a 3 year old with us an needed easy access to a toilet (1 double bed and 1 single bed), on arrival we were at a different hotel and the room has 3 single beds without a private bathroom it was shared with everyone on the bottom floor"

"The bed was so uncomfortable, the springs are poking through the mattress. To top it off the room and bed is full of bed bugs, I woke up every morning with bites on my legs and my partner had 7 bites all over his face. See previous comments from guests who suffered the bed bugs and shared images of them. Terrible and disgusting. The rooms need deep cleaning. Be warned "
