"Well proportioned 4 bed villa in an excellent location. Ideal for the parks or travelling around this area of Florida. I gave it 4 out of 5 purely because in a couple of areas the property was a little tired on general eg.poolside furniture. But it was clean and functional. We had three minor problems that could happen anytime, to which the management companies response was excellent. Someone called within the hour to repair or replace. Overall I would recommend this villa."

"Check in was very informational and when we had a problem it was handled very promptly. The only problems we encountered were technical and were handle easily via text. The and guest houses are well maintained. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the size of the oven. We were a small group and planned to eat our meals on the property to enjoy all the amenities. There were a few things that required the use of the oven and because it wasn't a full size oven it took longer to...

"The house was exactly what our family needed for our vacation and quickly became a home away from home. It was a very short drive to get groceries or anything else that we needed while away and a quick drive to all the attractions that we were going to visit. It was clean, well taken care of, and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. The kids were in the pool everyday that they could be and the area on the back porch was a great place for my wife and I to unwind after hitting the parks....

"The rooms were spacious, just need a few maintenance..The elevator makes loud noise going up but not down..there were brown subside coming out the jacuzzi when you turn the jets..tell us its not being cleaned properly..everything else was good"
