"Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach atemberaubend. Anfangs haben wir über die Sauberkeit hinweg gesehen, das Ungeziefer nicht beachtet und auf die schlecht funktionierende Toilette nicht geachtet. Nachdem wir nunmehr jedoch regelrecht beschimpft wurden, weil wir das Objekt respektlos verlassen hätten, sowohl von den Eigentümern als auch von der Servicekraft vor Ort, platzt mir der Kragen. Natürlich haben wir das Haus nicht komplett gereinigt hinterlassen, weil eine Endreinigung obligatorisch ist....

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist hell, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat eine super Ausstattung. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht - und mehr! Sogar eine Garage, was angesichts des winterlichen Wetters von Vorteil war. Außerdem ist es gut gelegen. "Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le gîte de Sébastien et Thierry. Des personnes très agréables et toujours à votre écoute; ils font tout pour que vous puissiez passer un excellent séjour dans leur location et dans leur région. Pièce à vivre, salle de bains et chambres spacieuses, piscine et jardin impeccable. Impossible tout dire en si peu de mots. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander."

"Propriété spacieuse, grandes chambres et bien équipée. La TV ne fonctionnait pas (période JO) mais le propriétaire a réglé le problème en 3 jours. La propreté laisse à désirer cependant, nous avons passé du temps à nettoyer les sols, serviettes et surfaces des meubles à notre arrivée. Literie ok sauf les coussins peu confortables. Le jardin est grand, donne sur les champs, mais manque un peu d’entretien (pas praticable pour notre bébé de 1 an).et n’avait pas de parasol."

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. There was one receptionist girl doing everything because the was alone at the weekend, and she was so nice. When I talked to the manager regarding the room hygien and the worm inside my room. He refunded me a small amount around 40 euro after consulting the owners who were available at the hotel instead of refunding the whole amount, and he threatened me not to talk. He was rude, instead of saying sorry, he said I removed for you one night (which was not the case) and he said don't put anything online. I smiled for this poor guy. I am sure he is a new manager and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. In conclusion, it is my worst experience for an ibis hotel and one of my worst experience in all hotels that I have visited before in more than ten years of travel. I will not repeat it there, and I don't recommend it to anyone."
