Totally disappointed. Pool and other parts of this hotel are under renovation. Arrived in the evening and parking lot to hotel lobby was taped-off and no parking was available. I am requesting a full refund of $139. Expedia needs to do a better job of being notified by the hotel of renovations and amenities not being available.

I don’t know how this hotel had such great reviews because it was horrible, you don’t need a key card to get in the side entrance which was a door down from my room. I wish I could post the pics I took of the dirty walls & the carpet that was coming up. I opened the window & the view was bricks & tarp. I could of saved $100 & spent $50 at a cheap motel. Oh & breakfast is served at a price, at the Starbucks that they have inside the lobby

This location has invested in some major updates to the hotel main areas (lobby, eatery, lounge, hallways) as well as the individual rooms are equipped with new flooring, furniture, and decor. The only complaint we have is the water temperature (shower water never got hot) and the bathtub barely drained water and left several inches of standing water.

Did not get the room advertised in my purchase. The room I received had multiple damaged items in it already. There was barely any hot water coming out of the shower yet the sink directly next to it was so hot it was scolding. Would never book here again.

This property was under construction, the pool and other amenities were closed, wait time for services was long due to being under staffed. No notice during the booking process noted the construction and closure of amenities. Very noisy and dirty. Very disappointed.

Went well , was a little nervous after I had already booked I read a review about a rat and bugs being in someone’s room! Our room was nice, clean , the bed was sooo comfortable! However the walls had some dings, only one shower door opened nothing that was a deal breaker though. All in all it was a nice stay I guess I just expected the WOW factor because it’s the Marriott. Would consider a stay there again after the remodel.
