This is my second time staying there overall the hotel is clean and the staff are wonderful however the couple in the room next door argued excessively loud the whole entire night management did try to correct the situation and the young lady working the front desk on February 15th 7am was wonderful I just wish i couldve enjoyed my stay

The breakfast was very good! But the room when we enter it was not clean, we found hair on the floor, on the lamp, dust on the tables and they need to renew the rooms, the door bathroom, the mirror, etc. Please make sure your cleaning staff they do a better job cleaning. They didn't even put more coffee cups. I hope this help!

This is such a unique hotel I stay in a lot of different places as I travel a lot but this is absolutely one of my favorites. The environment is just amazing. Showers are why as well as the TVs but other than that it’s very nice

We weren't able to spend much time at this location because of all the activities we had planned in the city. Very sad that the pool times were very short and we did not get to use it. Very sad that the breakfast hours were as well very short and we were unable to use that. Our last morning there we missed it by 15 minutes because we didn't realize they have different times for different days of the week. I complained to the front desk and the manager was nice enough to at least get us some fruit and packaged banana bread. Got in the first night very early in the morning 5am, and they started working on electrical right outside our room door didn't get much sleep. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay and reasonably priced.

Absolutely horrible. Room was very dirty. From hair on the floor in bathroom to food splattered on wall. Missing remote which took 4hours to receive a new one after going to the front desk 4 times. Room door would t shut all the way. Extremely difficult to do so. Staff was friendly.

I didn't like that the first receptionist wasn't friendly or the fact that she gave me a room that was already occupied. So, imagine using your key card, door opens, then walking into the room to find there's someone else's belongings inside. I went back to the desk to approach another receptionist for help being checked in.

This use to be my hotel of choice when in the area. The staff that barely speak English are rude and lied and said a blanket was missing out the room and I was charged for it. I will never stay here again since they want to treat a loyal customer like a trashy thief. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here twice now in the last month or so and I love this place. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. The service is very good and the breakfast is good as well. Not to mention it’s very reasonably priced. I think this will be the place I stay whenever I make my way to cleveland
