I arrived at 4:30 pm and the room was not ready. The person at the desk said they were one hour behind, could I come back in an hour--5:30 pm. She was very nice. At 5:40 check-in she said that she would put me in another room, canceled the Expedia reservation and create a new registration at the same price. She mentioned that the original was for a handicpped accessible room, the only one they had open, and needed to save that room for someone who needed it. She said Expedia would cancel the cost. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

The staff did the very best with what they had to work with. They had an over abundance of check outs that day and therefore, a lot of new people waiting to check in. The guy at the counter remained calm and collected and pleasant!

Delays checking in …Waited 2 1/2 hours past the 3:00 check in time … reason was rooms were not cleaned . No baseboards in the room , very very old and crappy furniture . The breakfast in the morning were a few muffins that ran out by 9:00am and no milk for coffee (only sweetened cream syrup).

The room was supposed to be available at 3:00 p.m., but it was not. The hotel clerk took our telephone number and said he would call when the room was ready. We received a call at 11:07 p.m. That is 8 hours past the allotted check in time. I'm very unhappy and feel that I should be refunded for some of my hotel expenses. The room was also dirty. Sticky floor from spilled soda pop.

We were supposed to have a 3pm check in. When we arrived at 4:30 there were 5 or more families waiting to get their rooms. The story was the rooms were not yet clean, we will call you when the room is ready. We never got a call. We called them at 10:30 , got the run around but eventually were told there was a room for us. We did check into our room around 12:30am. It was filthy. Stained bedding, dirty/sticky night stand tops & musty smelling. I wouldn’t use the blanket so slept covered with my coat. Only positive the shower was warm.

There was a lot of transient type people hanging around the side door smoking and people hanging out in cars in the parking lot. elevator stunk as did the hallways obviously people were smoking cigarettes and weed so would not recommend this place. the only plus was that the room was clean.

The place was clean-ish. I felt like I was staying at a crack house tho. Beds were terrible. Everything smelled like pot. Staff was friendly. Not what i was expecting from an Extended Stay. I wont be back.

We spent a few days at the property with friends. The staff was nice-- no complaints about them. The people who stayed here were a little sketchy. The refrigerator had an almost fully half gallon of milk left behind, and the elevator sounded like it was on it's last legs. (We took the stairs.) The front door to the building is a handicap accessible door-- which is great! But, it was very creaky and hard to push open manually. Meaning that we HAD to use the handicap button. (Which is probably why it's creaky.) Overall, the place isn’t BAD. It needs a little help.

The staff were all relatively sweet & attentive. The property itself was disgusting. There were voles in the hallway & staircase. My room didn’t have baseboards, & there seemed to be a rodent hole in the bathroom. Also an old bra was shoved in between the dresser & wall (but very obvious, not sure how housekeeping missed it).

The elevator needs some help and there is no onsite ice maker but the rooms are clean and no weird smells, the staff was friendly. The parking lot was big and safe and the area around the property was nice with lots of businesses you may need.
