The guest service who check in me was rude, not helpful at all. I requested to be second floor , She said I booked with Expedia, so I will not have any advantage for choosing the floor I would like to stay. This was just a one night stay for us we would definitely stay here again. The hotel was conveniently located just minutes from major roads, it has some reataurants that are walking distance. It is updated and a pleasure to stay. They have a coffee, tea and hot chocolate station by the lobby whichh is super convenient plus breakfast from 6 to 9 am. Overall a great stay.

The room smelled like smoke from a fire (not cigarettes). There is an airport shuttle but no way to reach the hotel to request a pickup from the airpirt. It's somewhat remote so not many dinning options within walking distance. Nice staff. Clean property.
