"From the start, Juan was very communicative and promptly answered any questions we had. The house was relatively easy to find, though it took us a few minutes of searching, which was expected given that it’s a new build. The owner provided helpful screenshots to guide us to the location. He was also quick to respond when we had a question during our stay.
