The space

This 1,239 sq ft newly-remodeled and renovated home has been freshly painted, modernized with granite countertops, new flooring, and furnished in a stylishly warm and inviting way designed to make you feel “at home.” It’s the perfect place to stay when in Cleveland to visit friends or relatives or just for a great visit to make new memories there!

◆ Brand new shiny Vinyl Flooring throughout this luminous and thoughtfully designed home that draws you in at every turn!
◆ The LIVING ROOM features a large WALL-MOUNTED SMART TV and plenty of cushy sofa seating to enjoy relaxing downtime moments together. The sofa opens to a queen-sized bed for flexible sleep space.
◆ Entertainment Your Way! This property offers a smart TV where you can log into your own Roku account for personalized streaming. Please note, cable access is not available. Don't forget to log out before checkout for your security.
◆ The DINING area is a Large Table with 6 chairs to comfortably enjoy a meal.
◆ A remodeled and FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with brand new GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, quality appliances, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus essential extras like a KEURIG COFFEE MAKER for your morning perk-ups.
◆ There are 3 BEDROOMS (all with TVs!) and 1 full BATHROOMS. Accommodate up to 9 guests as such:

◆ There’s RELIABLE WI-FI and LAPTOP-FRIENDLY WORKSPACE for the remote worker or student. You’ll find a DESK and CHAIR set up in the sunroom where you can close the door for some peace and quiet if you must work or study.
◆ WASHER/DRYER combo next to the kitchen that you’re free to use with an IRON & IRONING BOARD too.
◆ FREE DRIVEWAY PARKING for at least 4 cars.

◆ Guests have the option of self-check-in using the electronic keypad located at the front door for added convenience.
◆ Access codes for the keypad will be sent to guests within 24 hours of their arrival to ensure a seamless check-in process.

Other things to note

◆ Please note that guests must climb some steps to enter the house: two steps to access the back door, and the basement has a few steps going down.

◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. If approved, there is a $95 fee for up to 2 dogs (no weight limit). For more than 2 pets, we will charge two pet fees. Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please contact us in advance if you’ll be traveling with your pets.

◆ Wi-Fi, 4 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, the heated Jacuzzi, BBQ grill, and more are provided free during your stay.

◆ Please note that the hot tub is on a bi-weekly cleaning contract with Ohio Pools & Spas. They come two times a week to check levels and do a deep cleaning. In between their services, guests are free to sift/clean to their liking.

◆ We provide some complimentary basic essentials upon your arrival to help you get started, like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Plus, trash bags for each trash bin, a roll of paper towels, and some laundry detergent. Supplies can be found in the basement under the kitchen and/or bathroom sinks or in the laundry area. Once you run out of any item, note that these items are not replenished, and you’d need to purchase more as needed.

◆ DO NOT LEAVE children/minors unattended at the property.

◆ Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

~HOUSE RULES~

✔ The primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.
✔ The primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property, including any charges accrued.
✔ Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
✔ Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
✔ No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
✔ No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
✔ No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
✔ No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
✔ No tents or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
✔ Please avoid moving furniture.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

-Primary guest is responsible for relaying the house rules to additional guests.

-Primary guest is also responsible for the actions of all other guests on the property including charges accrued.

Please note that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk. We do not assume any responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during its use.

Note: Please make sure to keep the cover on the hot tub when it is not being used.

By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these house rules and assume all risks associated with its use.

-Any violations of the house rules could result in the immediate removal from the property WITHOUT REFUND. Furthermore, guests must abide by all Airbnb policies and local, state, or federal laws.
