"There was an issue with a guest in the room across from ours which caused a lot of commotion and noise in the middle of the night. At some point the police even became involved so needless to say we lost a lot of sleep as a result. The next morning we complained and the hotel manager (Owen Griffeth) was really very good and understanding. He made sure we left satisfied and we appreciated the gesture!"

"This is our 3rd time staying there and the place is centrally located and clean and comfortable. The bath wasn’t draining in 2G and we had this problem on our first stay . There was a noisy guest on the room above us who was very upset and made a lot of noise for hours ( from 4am on ). It was impossible to sleep because it was so loud.
