"The Fidelity Hotel gets high marks in service and design. This is what I think of when it comes to a boutique hotel. Very stylish and the staff was very friendly. I paid more for a larger room, but it wasn’t very large still. That is my only reason for not giving 5 stars overall. We self parked directly next to the hotel as well. It was $42 for one overnight, so a bit much as well. I should have used the valet instead. "

"First time at this hotel which was recommended to me by a friend. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The suite was amazing. Make sure you check hours if things though bc the Vault & Rotunda were both closed on a Sunday night. So we will be back again to check out both of those areas. Only one suggestion: this hotel is too good to be serving powder creamer with its coffee in the rooms! "

"The hotel was unique and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was the parking and their lack of communication with the front desk. We ended up paying twice for the valet parking. When we checked out the front desk said, "okay now all you have to do is pay for parking." The valet gentleman said we had to pay but might have already at the front desk and to check my email receipt. There was nothing coming through.
