But with a hectic home life involving a lot of responsibilities, I enjoy the peace and independence provided by this property.It is comfy and central and I can share a takeaway with a glass of wine with an old friend instead of having to dine out. "Cromer is lovely and this could not be any better for location and parking...Clean and tidy...seems to have everything you need...good close amenities..loads to see and do local or other..Beds clean and comfy...cosy frontroom...kitchen etc good.Small secure garden...needs a little TLC..due to winter..Small downstairs loo..which was very handy..saved going up n downstairs...A traditional property we enjoyed our stay and would go again...Good Communication with owner.."

Just the Ticket!!

"We booked to stay for two nights whilst visiting the local area. Check in was unbelievably simple, after which we were shown to our Room. Throughout our stay all the Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We ate in the Bar on both nights of our stay. The Menu was very good and well priced. The Food was excellent and served with a smile. Breakfast is not available in the pub itself but Guests are given a Continental Breakfast Bag in the Room for each morning. The contents had been well thought out - we particularly enjoyed the Instant Porridge, thank you! In fact, throughout the whole stay, nothing was too much trouble. There is a small car park at the Pub but space is tight - we were fine as only on a motorbike but, for cars, it could get tricky. If in the area again, we would certainly stay here."
