The staff was nice at the front desk however we paid to check in early then got two rooms one was dirty the other had someone in it. We then got a comp which was nice but we were upset to see the hold on our card for incidentals was very high and not disclosed we are still waiting for a receipt as well.

"Excellent service. Very friendly staff! The bed sheets and towels were damp, as was the chair cushions. Maybe it was due to the heat/humidity, and it’s like that all the time but it caused some discomfort as I had to use an extra blanket that was in the drawer to sit and sleep on top of."
