The spacious interior invites both relaxation and entertainment, with a large marble kitchen island serving as the central hub for gatherings. Equipped with all the essentials for cooking up a memorable feast, including pots, pans, spices, and an air fryer, this kitchen ensures convenience and culinary delight. After a day of outdoor fun, unwind in the comfortable living room with a 70" TV and plush seating, or head outside to the back deck to grill up some barbecue and gather around the gas firepit as you watch the sunset over the lake.

Retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms, each offering a peaceful haven for rest and rejuvenation. Sink into the comfort of Tempur-Pedic mattresses in the two master suites, complete with attached bathrooms for added convenience. With amenities like Directv, gas grill, and ample outdoor seating, Lago355 promises an unforgettable escape where relaxation and adventure go hand in hand.

Master Bedroom 1: Featuring a luxurious King bed and an attached bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Equipped with a TV with Directv, this spacious retreat offers a serene sanctuary for restful nights.

Bedroom 2: This versatile suite boasts a King bed, a twin daybed, and a trundle, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups.

Bedroom 3: Perfect for accommodating additional guests or another family, this room features two Queen beds.

Please note that Lago355 does provide WiFi access for guests' convenience. However, due to the remote nature of the location, the internet speed may be limited to approximately 25 Mbps. We encourage guests to disconnect and embrace the natural surroundings, but rest assured, basic internet needs are still accessible during your stay.

No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund.

-Confirm Contact Info: Double-checking your digits so we can reach you easily if needed.
-Credit Card Confirmation: We’ll need a valid credit card that matches your ID we hold a refundable $50 security deposit. It’s just a formality!
-Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal – think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay.

Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We won’t be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else.

Once you’re all set and verified, we’ll shoot over your check-in instructions faster than you can say “vacation time!”

So let’s get this party started – your dream getaway awaits!
1. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking 

2. This home has many light colored pieces of furniture (couches, chairs, rugs, bar stools)- please be EXTRA careful to not eat or drink on these. Any stains will result in an additional cleaning fee or replacement of the piece at guest expense.

3. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm

4. No parties or events allowed 

5. The home is on a septic system, please make sure that only toilet paper is flushed.

6. No canopies allowed on upstairs decks

7. No pets are allowed. If one is on property you forfeit your right to any deposit and will be forced to check out early with no refund.

8. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental (or fireplace). Guests must acknowledge that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund 

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them. 

12. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out.

13. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in). 

14. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

15. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.

16. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

17. If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.

The house is great except for the shower pressure in the attached bathroom in the 2nd bedroom. It was very bad … needs to be fixed asap !
