"from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, staff aka front desk was nothing short of amazing. Kind, helpful, courteous and professional. We really appreciated their willingness to help and guide us as we felt so lost at first coming into a new town not knowing anything or where to go. Location could not be any more perfect either. I definitely recommend this hotel! "

"It was hard to find the drive entrance. We had to use Onstar because the entrance was NOT well marked - the sign (easily missed) simply stated lodging. The driveway had to go through an entrance that passed power transmission before getting to the hotel. They should have a FAIRFIELD INN sign instead of lodging."

"Wonderful and engaged staff. We were given a tour of the inn and brought to our room. Room was well appointed with many period pieces. The bed, pillows and linens were scrumptious! Great bath amenities. Grazing was lovely and overlooked the beautiful gardens. Pretty out door seating area and pool too. Breakfast was one of the most delicious breakfasts I've eaten at am inn. Perfect service, food and presentation. A very lovely and quiet stay. Next time we're making reservations for dinner. Very sad we missed it this time around. Highly recommend!"
