"Very comfy setting. Nice, quite location. Exceptional view and amenities. The dock area was wonderful but the bbq/picnic area was amazing! Loved the cottages and the atmosphere. Bob was an amazing host who very forth coming with information and his kindness was top notch. The cleaning ladies made sure the place was spectacular and stocked up. "

"The home is very well equipped for those traveling with dogs, but we did not. Also given that it is dog friendly, I'd say the house was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped especially if you want to bake, and the beds were comfortable. Location was a little difficult to find because we arrived at night but we managed. "House was extremely well equipped, hot tub was in excellent working order. Great views from the patio and very close to coastal hiking trails. Saw lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, gray fox) and marine life (whales and sea lions), and really enjoyed the deer and turkeys in our front yard every morning. The only negative was window screens that were non-existent or in need of repair, overall it was a great experience and would recommend."

" If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and quiet getaway in the woods, this is it. We enjoyed a three day getaway with our 1 yr old granddaughter and had a blast at the home and surrounding area…and so did our little dog who loved exploring the fenced yard. Big screen tv, good wifi, convenient in-suite laundry facilities, comfy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen… all made for a very enjoyable stay."

"Two older couples stayed four nights. We prepared all of our food in the well-appointed kitchen. Two large bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the nearby trails and beaches as well as cosy days reading and movie watching. Would definitely recommend. "

"My husband and I booked a two week stay here, the property was absolutely amazing! Great interior design, the exterior gardens were also elegantly put together and serene. "We were visited daily by deer: a buck, doe and several young ones. The ocean glimmers, the stars come out at night, and you can snuggle in front of the lovely fireplace. The location gives you easy access to Gualala and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Be sure to read the Independent Coast Observer newspaper and listen to KGUA radio 88.3 FM to find out about all the local events. Pipers Reach is clean and comfortable. "Lovely Place. We enjoyed the deck and the newly renovated kitchen. Only a couple of comments. The place next to us on the right side was a junk yard. The good news, redwood trees surrounded the property so it was not obvious. And the river was really low but that is seasonal and not the responsibility of the owner. We would come back."
