"I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too."

"Niice very modern renovation of an older (19th century?) building, right off a main boulevard 5 minutes away from just about everything you'd want to see in Cluj. Staff is friendly and helpful, my room was adequate for the price and breakfast was generous and tasty. Only 2 quibbles. 1. skimpy pillow. 2. no way to adjust heat/cooling in room and in the course of 4 days in mid-October, one would have need of both."

"Super friendly reception staff. Confirmation said check in finished at 6pm but the hotel responded to me straight away to say someone will always be there. Large room, very nice inside. Good shower. Parking is on street, but there were spaces and it was a quiet area. Good location close to Salinda Yurda and Turda Gorge. We ate at hotel as not sure if there were many restaurants. Food was nice but quite basic, food prices though. Staff didn’t haven’t much personality but weren’t unfriendly....
