"We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. The place was easy to get the keys with the key code. The room its self was not like you see in the photos, which looks all cute and colourful.... and also not much room. Saying this the bed was big and so so comfy after walking all day. Their was a small domino stove top, small fridge for the wine and crockery and cup/glasses all was...

"Very good location for seeing the sights of the Highlands Only one very minor suggestion and that is to change the smoke alarm nearest the kitchen, it would trigger even with lightly done toast, no smoke or burning, I'm guessing someone has had an issue with this before as I pushed the button on the detector trying to reset/quiten it but the whole thing fell away from the ceiling, it is held in there with tissue paper wrapped around the screws, not great for safety as it runs on mains power, no...

"from the very beginning on booking this chalet, the owner was immediately in touch with us giving full information on directions to the chalet and information regarding the chalet...incredibly helpful and clear and concise. It was a beautiful chalet set by the loch and was remote but also within 20 minutes of Fort William. "Hotel was okay. In need of fefurbishment but was clean and had everything we required. Food in the Bistro was very nice, service was okay but slow migth have been due to wedding on in hotel. Room was okay again getting a bit tired and in need of a refresh. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy with everything needed. One main complaint was a lot of mould on bathroom ceiling, due to inactive fan. Breakfast each morning was good and pleantyful with attentive service."

Hotel absolutely, Seasgair Not!

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room was wonderful common area too. We did have the Seasgair dinner and sadly was disappointed. My stomach did not react well at all. My husband seemed to have done fine. Portions are extremely small for each course. Flavors were not my profile desire. My husband liked half of what was given. Overall we decided it was not worth the price for the special dinner. Hotel stay though was worth it! "

A beautiful stay right by Loch Ness

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Inch Hotel. It's in such a great spot - our day was spent visiting Culloden and Loch Ness with the intention of driving onwards towards Fort William. The Inch Hotel was in a perfect spot for a one night stop during this drive/trip. We loved that we could see Loch Ness from our rooms. The rooms were comfortable and decorated nicely. We loved the all-around coziness of the hotel. The carpet, decorations, and general look was exactly what we wanted in a small hotel. Our favorite part was the communal den - it had games, bookshelves, a wonderful fire place, and a gorgeous big window that overlooked the Loch. Also, we can't speak highly enough about the staff. They were kind and accommodating. I was very impressed! Finally, we had dinner and then breakfast there, and both meals were delicious. We had wanted to walk into town for dinner, but sadly arrived far too late in the evening to make it possible! But the next morning we did the walk into town, and it was an easy walk! I'd highly recommend staying here! "
