Great historic place that has a real cachet. Really nice hosts. Quiet, comfy and clean (even with a room that has the shared bathroom option). Small continental breakfast was included. Good option for someone looking to avoid the really expensive accomodations in QT (it's at about 1h15min by car).

A truly unique stay. Up to modern standards, no one ever Modernized the Look of this 1898 hotel. It’s like stepping back in time. Loved the comfy seat on the veranda watching the world go by. The proprietors were very friendly and set up a great continental breakfast in the downstairs cafe. Loved it!

A very unique experience the property is kept original by the current friendly and welcoming hosts. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus. Not keen on sharing the bathroom but as staying one night it didn't really matter. No TV which was a refreshing change and chance to get away from it all.
